SketchUp Go, Pro and Studio Subscriptions
After you have made your purchase, it'll take about half an hour or so for your order to be processed and completed. You'll receive an email to confirm that your order is completed, with instructions on how to download and install your software. You'll also receive a series of onboarding emails to help you get started with SketchUp.

Educational Subscriptions
EDU Subscriptions may take up to one business day to process as we need to review the EDU ID submitted to determine your eligibility. Most of the times, it takes about an hour or so unless you submit your order late in the day.

Important: Please ensure the email that you've entered in your order is correct as this is the email that will be assigned your license. An incorrect email with a missing character, for example, will result in the delay of your license delivery. If you notice that you've submitted incorrect email, please contact our Support team for assistance.
