Where is my licence / subscription?

Commercial subscriptions

After you have made your purchase, it can take our team up to 1 business day to set-up your subscription.

Please be patient. It is very rare that this process takes longer than a couple of hours - but this also depends on the day and time you purchase. For example, if it is late in the day (towards 4-5pm AEST), we may not be able to process and set up your subscription until the following morning.

However, if you have been waiting for longer than 1 business day and you haven't heard from us, please contact us via a support ticket or live chat.

Note: Please check your spam/junk folder in your emails to double-check that our set-up/order confirmation email has not landed there instead of your inbox.

Edu licences / subscriptions

If you have purchased an Edu licence / subscription - please note that we prioritise commercial subscriptions.

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to set-up your Edu licence / subscription.

However, if you have been waiting for longer than 2 business days and you haven't heard from us, please contact us via a support ticket or live chat.
