Yes, you will need to provide proof that you are a student or a teacher/educator.
For Student
You must attach proof of enrolment to your order. Your proof of enrolment should include your Educational Institution (contact information) AND evidence of current enrolment (eg, student ID, enrolment letter). We also accept ANY of the following documents:
- Your current Student ID with a "valid to" date (preferred)
- Letter/Email of Enrolment
For Teacher / Educator
Please provide one of the following:
- Letter/Email confirming Teacher registration
- EDU email address
- Staff ID card with expiry date
You'll be prompted to attach and upload your document at checkout.
Note: If you sign up with a valid .edu email address – you do not need to submit proof of current enrolment.
CAUTION: Please be aware that providing falsified, altered, or misleading identity or eligibility information is strictly prohibited. Our verification and security systems actively detect and investigate suspected fraudulent activity, and any orders found to contain inaccurate or deceptive details may be cancelled without prior notice.
We'll review your uploaded document before processing your order. If the document is not valid or cannot be authenticated, you'll receive an email advising that a resubmission of your EDU ID is required.
If you are unable to provide a valid EDU ID, you will have 90 days from the date of the order to request a refund. After this period, we are entitled to retain the funds. If you need assistance with providing your EDU ID or have any queries about this process please contact us- we're happy to help.
