Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

You can choose to upgrade your subscription i.e. from GO to PRO or from PRO to STUDIO at any time during your subscription term. 

All you have to do is contact us using our website request form or email us at : sales@sketchup.buildingpoint.co.nz 

We'll calculate the pro-rata pricing for you and let you know how to make the payment. 

Please note the following conditions apply: 

  • You cannot request an upgrade on the same day as your purchase. 
  • Upgrades cannot be performed directly from GO to Studio. 
  • If your upgrade request occurs within the last 60 days of your subscription term, the pro-rata pricing will also include a renewal of 12 months for your upgraded subscription. 
  • We cannot reverse an Upgraded process - although we can refund and cancel the new upgraded order, we cannot reinstate the original order back to Active. You would need to repurchase.
