I'm currently paying in USD, how do I change to NZD and save?

These instructions apply to USD SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY.  

 

Note: If you are within the 14-day cooling off period, you can request a refund from Trimble SketchUp US  and then make your purchase via SketchUp NZ.  

If it has passed the 14-day cooling off period, then follow these steps to disable your auto-renewal for your USD subscription.

You can continue to use your USD subscription until it expires, then you can purchase your new subscription from us i.e. BuildingPoint / SketchUp NZ

For Users migrated to Trimble Admin Console

The instructions below relate to the Trimble Account Management Portal (AMP). If you have been migrated to the Trimble Admin Console, see Auto-Renew Settings for Admin Console to disable the auto-renew settings. 

 

Follow these steps to disable your plan's auto-renewal in Plan Settings FOR USD SUBSCRIPTIONS : 

1. Locate the plan you would like to adjust and click Edit Plan Settings

 

2. In the Edit Plan modal, select Manage Auto-Renewal.

 

3. Use the toggle to disable auto-renewal and click Done.

 

Once disabled, you can still access and use all products and features in your plan for the rest of your subscription term.

Once your subscription expires, buy from SketchUp NZ.
