Managing your Subscription with the Trimble AMP (Trimble ID)

Trimble AMP (Account Management Portal) 

All of the Trimble products (including SketchUp) are managed by the Trimble Account Management Portal (AMP). You access your AMP with your Trimble ID and to download your SketchUp subscription and other SketchUp products.

Most of the times, when you purchase a SketchUp product, Trimble will send you an email invite to create your Trimble ID. You should refer to this article, Create and Activate Your Trimble ID (After Purchase) to create your Trimble ID. Please check your spam messages to ensure you don't miss the emails. Please allow up to an hour to receive the emails. 

Important Note about Browsers: Please don’t use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers when accessing the Account Management Portal, as it won’t work well. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox (some others work fine as well).

Please note that your AMP access and contents may be slightly different based on where and how you purchased your subscription, depending on who you purchased it from. 

Note: All SketchUp Subscribers must sign in with their Trimble ID (TID) to access the web-based and desktop software, as well as the AMP.
