Manage my Subscription Renewal

Your SketchUp subscription is set to Auto-Renew, by default, when you purchase via our SketchUp NZ web store.  This is to ensure that you can continue to use SketchUp without interruptions.

If you turn off your auto-renewal in your SketchUp NZ account, your licence will stop working at the end of the 1 year. You will need to manually renew your subscription to regain access.

NOTE: To ensure that you can continue to use SketchUp without interruptions, we do not recommend turning off the auto-renew.

1) To manage your renewal, navigate to the sign-in page for your SketchUp NZ account via our website:

2)  Sign in and go to "My Subscriptions", where you can see an option to "Cancel" your subscription.

Important : Please note that "cancel subscription" in this case means turning off the auto-renewal when your subscription is up for renewal, it does NOT affect your current subscription. You'll see the status changes to "Pending Cancellation".

What if I change my mind after turning off my auto-renewal?

You can reverse the "Pending Cancellation" status by signing to your SketchUp NZ account and turning the auto-renewal back on (by clicking on the "Reactivate" tab) at any time before your licence is due to expire.

If you want to renew your licence after your subscription has expired, you can re-activate your subscription via our web store (placing a new subscription order). Please purchase using the same email used for your previous licence (your Trimble ID). If your subscription has expired for more than 5 days, you will commence your subscription period from the new purchase date.
